I have always loved my weekly face masks treatment.
Starting at about 13 years of age, I made them with honey or a home made mix with strawberries. My family, having never done such things, were always asking me why?
I simply enjoyed the ritual of a pampering time, and the wonderful benefits to my skin from using a face mask.
Since creating a retail range beauty products for Purestuf Natural Skin care, I went on to create a full beauty therapists range of skin care products including my range of Magic Face Masks using clay, organic oils, natural extracts and organic essential oils.
I still love my face mask pampering time and always aim for weekly treatment, or if I am going out somewhere special I apply a mask as part of my dressing up ritual.
However earlier this year, I was very busy with orders for Purestuf and nearly two months went by without my weekly mask ritual. Then as my social life came back, I restarted my mask ritual to such an extent that I used my Magic face masks twice a week.
What was surprising was that I noticed the difference in my skin. As I was putting my make up on, my skin seemed extra smooth. Also the make up went on so easily, I could see my skin glowing.
I realized the difference came from using my Magic Face Mask every week and sometimes twice a week. My skin really showed me the value of regular treatments. I am not saying I will always use a face mask 2-3 times a week, yet I will continue the weekly pampering even when my workload gets a bit busy.
